Setting up Properties

To create, edit and delete properties, select Property from the Administration-System Setup menu. On first entry to the property module at least one business will be setup, this business is usually the main company for example: Ananzi Reserves (Pty) Ltd. From this business additional businesses and properties/accommodation types can be added.

  to the property structure
 
  1. To add a business to the structure, select the parent of the business to be added. For example, if Ananzi Lodges cc is a subsidiary company of Ananzi Reserves (Pty) Ltd then click the button to the left of the parent (i.e. Ananzi Reserves (Pty) Ltd)


  2. Once the parent is selected click the Add Business/Property button that appears in the edit area. A business window will open. Enter the required information and click the Save and Close button. The property tree will show a child business linked to the parent.

  Notes  

There are two types of notes that can be stored:

  • Description notes that are shown on the availability calendar. These notes are visible when a user moves their mouse over a property or accommodation type.
  • Standard notes are notes that can be included on confirmation and invoicing documentation
  Users   From this pop-up users can be created and/or allocated to a property.
