Deleting a Contact |

To delete the contact, open the contact form in edit mode (by clicking the edit button on the toolbar). Click the Delete button on main toolbar. |

Clicking the telephone, Add Link, Forward contact or Link Address buttons will first save the record and then open the respective pop-ups |

If any users are linked to the contact the record will not be deleted until all the links are used
|

| |
If the contact is already allocated within the system, the contact will be flagged as 'Inactive', this means that the contact information will remain on the system for reporting purposes, but will not be available for allocation on future reservations. The contact can be 'reactivated' by changing the Record status back to Active (when in edit mode). |
