Contacts      
 
  Resrequest includes a contact database where an organisation or individual's contact details, can be captured. For example, agent contact information including postal and telephone details as well as 'agent related' details such as commission and payment plans can be captured to manage invoice and commission tracking.

  Overview  
  To determine what contact details needs to be stored for a contact, contacts can be an organisation or an individual  
 
 Organisation contact		   A company, business, commercial or government institution. Contacts details include:
  • Organisation name
  • Telephone numbers
  • Email address
  • Website address
  • Postal and physical address
 
 Individual contact		   A person or contact with a first and last name. Contact details include:
  • First name, last name
  • Title
  • Suffix
  • Telephone numbers
  • Email address
  • Postal and physical address
