  Applying a relationship  
     
 
  1. Click the Add Link button next to the appropriate relationship
  2. If the contact record has not been saved, it will be saved before opening the Select Record pop-up

  3. From the Select Record pop-up, select the contact to apply the relationship to by selecting it from the list of records
  4. The Internal Relationship "Add Link" will open the Select Record pop-up listing business and properties setup in the Property moduleThe Agent Relationship "Add Link" will open the Select Record pop-up with a list of all contacts setup with an 'Agent' role
    The Add Link button next to the Internal Relationship opens a window listing all Property and Business units setup in the Property module The Add Link button next to the Agent Relationship opens a window listing all contacts created with an 'Agent' role

  5. When a relationship is applied, the contact form will update displaying the new relationship and (where the contact did not have address details), a linked address will automatically be displayed
