  Removing a relationship  
     
 
  1. Once a relationship has been applied the Add Link button changes to 'Remove Link' on the contact form

  2. To remove the relationship, click the 'Remove Link' button, the Remove Link confirmation window will open

  3. The Linked Address will remain active, click Remove Link on the linked address to remove the address link


    4. The relationship can also be removed from the Agent/Property. To remove the relationship from the Agent, open the agent contact and selected the Agent role pop-up, from Edit mode open the 'Setup Users' pop-up and click the 'Remove Link' from the user window. Similarly to remove an Internal relationship go to the User tab on the Property details form (from the property module)
      A contact can have their role removed from the User pop-up on the Agent role window or the Property-User tab
