Reservations can be edited from
a central reservation management area.
It is important to read the chapter on ‘Creating a Reservation’
before commencing this chapter to acquire a good understanding of reservation
terms and definitions.

Reservations can be selected from reports or searches, selecting a reservation
will open the reservation details screen. From here the user can edit
or update reservations from a central reservation screen.

The reservation header displays summary information about the reservation
including:

For ease of editing, reservation information is categorised and
separated on different tabs. A tab works like a file divider –
it indicates what categories there are. To go to a selected tab,
click the required tab. The tab the user is currently viewing appears
a lighter colour than other tabs

Each tab includes information regarding a specific aspect of the
reservation information. Resrequest has 5 tabs:

This button is displayed on all the reservation tabs. This will
open the updated reservation documentation, from a PDF can be generated
or emailed to a contact for the reservation

open an email window with a text summary of the reservation, from
here the user can add a message and send the email. The email is
recorded as being sent on the Reservation-Comms tab
