Working with the Reservation Comms Tab      
 

The Reservation-Comms screen lists all emails that have been sent for the respective reservation. From this window, emails can be re-sent, forwarded or deleted. This screen is similar to the Mail report, but it only displays emails for the selected reservation.



This tab is filtered for external agents, only emails submitted or received from the agency (i.e. any emails received from or addressed to the agent and any contacts linked to that agent) are viewed when an external users access this reservation tab

Server  
  • The server that the email was originally submitted from, for example: the local (central reservations office), the US or the SA servers
Status date  
  • The date the email was recorded
Status time  
  • The time the email was recorded
To  
  • The recipient of the email (usually system-generated when the email is submitted)
From  
  • The sender of the email (usually system-generated when the email is submitted)
Subject  
  • The subject entered into the email subject line
  • Hovering over this icon will display a label of the detailed email
Message  
  • Clicking here will open the email message for a detailed view
    • From here the email can be Resent, Forwarded or Deleted from the queue (a deleted email will only be removed if the email has not been sent already)

Status  
  • This indicates if the message has been sent, is pending or failed
    • Sent: the message has been successfully sent to the recipient
    • Pending: the message is waiting to be sent (usually in the case of data transfer)
    • Failed: the message has not been sent
Log  
  • This details the technical information regarding the emailed message
