How to Access the Availability Calendar

· To access the public availability calendar from the Home page, click the Check Availability Link.
· Registered users can access the public calendar from the Home page or Public availability calendar by entering their username and password in the log on area.

Users who have logged onto the system can navigate back to the Availability Calendar by selecting Reservation>Check Availability or clicking on the calendar icon on the toolbar which will return a user to the last used calendar.
