Creating an e-mail request from the availability calendar

To create an e-mail based reservation request from the availability calendar: 1. Identify the row with the property and accommodation type you want for this reservation 2. Click and drag over the dates you want to reserve (remember to click on the row indicating the property and accommodation type you want to reserve) How? Move your mouse to the first night the guests will be staying, using the left button click and hold down the mouse button, now drag the mouse to include the last night the guests will be staying at the camp (a green line will highlight the cells you are dragging over), once you have highlighted the nights the guests will be staying let go of the mouse button 3. A room numbers window will open asking you to input the number of rooms you want to reserve and click OK (if confirmed room numbers indicated that there were less rooms available then you requested or you select more room numbers then the calendar shows are available, the reservation will be flagged as a waitlisted or provisional reservation request and the resort will confirm if they can accommodate your request) 4. Repeat step 2 and 3 if you would like to add more items to this reservation (for example if the guests want to stay another two nights at a different property) · You can view a summary of the reservation by pointing on the Itinerary button · To clear the itinerary and start over, click the View/Reset Calendar button 5. Once you have completed the reservation request and would like to process the request click the E-mail Reservation button 6. The next window shows a summary of the itinerary you have created and fields for your to enter certain information. Registered users have much of their information already input in the fields, if any of this information needs to be updated, change the fields accordingly. On receipt of the request, the resort will receive an indication that information has been updated and they can then update their records to reflect the changes 7. Click on the Submit button to send the e-mail 8. A confirmation window appears indicating that you can print a copy of the e-mail for your records
