Standard notes are a list of pre-defined reservation notes and internal memos that are
available to internal users. Adding standard notes from the wizard or the Reservation-Notes tab will
add 'Notes' to the Reservation Notes field and internal memos to the Internal Memos field. Once these
notes have been added, they can be customised by the system user.
Note description
A free-format field where a brief description of the related notes can be
allocated. This field defines what notes will be allocated when a standard note is added to the reservation.
At least a Note or an Internal Memo should be provided for a standard note to be saved
