Setting up a Contacts Communication Preference

Communication Preference indicates the way a contact would prefer to receive communication for example fax, e-mail and post. Options available in the Communication Preference field can be edited in the Communication Preference code table. To select a communication preference, select an option available from the drop-down menu on the contact form.

Future versions of Resrequest will enable automated messaging to a contact's preferred communication type (for example via text messaging)
