Creating a Contact from the Main Menu
- Select New Contact from the Contact main menu
- From the contact type pop-up select if the contact is an organisation
or an individual
- On click of the OK button a new contact form will open (the New
button on the toolbar will be impressed indicating a new contact is
being created)
- Enter the relevant details by typing in the fields provided and click
the Save button on the toolbar to save the record (a lastname/organisation
name are required fields)

To exit the form without saving, click
the module you want to access, the system will prompt you if you
would like to save the changes, clicking No on the Save
Changes pop-up will link you to a different screen and disregard
your changes. |
