Resrequest includes a contact database where an organisation or individual's contact details required for the reservation process, can be captured. For example, agent commissions can be captured to manage invoice and commission tracking and guest requests can be captured so that camps and hotels are aware ahead of time of any special requirements. Additional standard contact information can be captured and maintained including postal details, telephone details etc. Contacts can be easily created and maintained in a central, user-friendly environment.
