Contacts      
 


Finding existing Contacts

  1. Select Find Contact from the Contact main menu
  2. Enter the Search criteria in the fields provided and click the Submit Search button



      To filter your search:
     
    · Wildcards can be used to assist in searches, for example A* (the letter A and an asterisk) entered in the Organisation/Last Name field will return matches on all contacts listed with the organisation or last name starting with the letter A, for example ABC COMPANY, ANDREWS etc.
    · To search for records that have a role applied, select a role type by clicking the role required
    · For advanced search options click the Advanced button, enter the advanced search criteria and click Submit Search button

Other find features available include:

  • To clear a list of search results click the Clear Search button
  • Use the Ascending and descending arrows to resort the results displayed
  • To save download time results are displayed in batches of 35, to access the next 35 results click the seperator indicators at the top right of the results listed
  • To print results displayed on the Find Contact form, click the Print icon on the toolbar
