Forwarding Contact
Forwarding contact allows another contact to be selected to whom communication
should be redirected to for example: when a person in an agency is going
on leave who the documentation should be forwarded to. To set a Forwarding
contact click on the icon to the left of the Forwarding contact
field on the contact form:
From the pop-up select the contact to be allocated as the forward contact
by clicking on it from the list displayed:

To search for an existing contact from the pop-up,
enter the contact's lastname
or organisation
name in the search field at the top of the window and click the Go
button to search for matches.
Wildcards can be used to assist in searches, for example A* (the letter
A and an asterisk) entered in the Organisation/Last Name field will
return matches on all contacts listed with the organisation or last
name starting with the letter A, for example ABC COMPANY, ANDREWS
etc. |
Once a Forward contact is applied, the button changes to Remove
Forward contact, click this button to remove the Forward contact:
