Agent Role

An agent is a contact recorded in the system (usually an organisation such as Rennies Travel Agency). Agents are usually eligible for commission on a reservation and can have users linked to them (for example: Sally is linked to Rennies Travel as an employee). Contacts setup as an agents can have the following information recorded:

• agent type
• commission
• notes
• users linked to the agent
