Editing an Agent Role from the Contact Form

Once an agent role is applied to a contact, it can be edited by clicking the Agent link at the top of the contact form:





Clicking the agent link on the contact main form (when a role is applied) will open the Agent window. To edit the role, you must be in edit-mode (click the Edit button on the toolbar) make the changes required and click the Save button on the toolbar to save the changes:






To remove the role of a Agent from the contact, click on the Remove Role button on the toolbar.

  If a contact has been used as an agent (for example a contact is allocated to a reservation as the contact agent) when the role is removed, the role is marked as inactive, this means that the agent information will be retained for audit tracking and reporting, but will not appear as an agent from the point it has that agent role removed.
