Introduction to Properties

The property module includes businesses, properties and accommodation units available at properties. Properties and accommodation units setup here are shown on the calendars (provided the user has been given access to view these properties in the Access Control module). Details of businesses and properties include:

  General Details   General details include contact telephone numbers, web and e-mail address information and postal and physical address details
  Notes  

There are two types of notes that can be stored:

  • Description notes that are shown on the availability calendar. These notes are visible when a user moves their mouse over a property or accommodation type.
  • Standard notes are notes that can be included on confirmation and invoicing documentation
  Users   From this pop-up users can be created and/or allocated to a property.
