Making a Reservation

 

The Reservation Details Form

The Reservation Details form is used to record new reservations and to view or change the details of existing reservations. The form contains general information that applies to the reservation, for example: contact person. When in Edit mode this form also offers functions that apply to the reservation for example: you can change the status of the reservation from Provisional to Confirmed. The bottom of the Reservation Details form shows a list of Reservation Items that are linked to the reservation, from here you can view, edit or add new items to the reservation.
