Baby Resrequest is a reservations programme that enables people to create, edit and manage reservations. Resrequest enables reservations to be made in a central reservations office, across the internet and at remote locations or hotel branches. Resrequest operates on a local network and across the internet information can therefore be transferred across all these environments throughout the day ensuring that users work with the most up-to-date information. Resrequest allows reservations to be made and changed 24 hours a day from any location with internet access, by any client (the general public and registered system users). Details include guest contact details such as guest personal particulars and special notes which can be viewed publicly or remain confidential. Agent and tour operator notes, rates and commissions can also be stored in a central place and tracked from within a reservation, this ensures that agents and clients can quickly and clearly see commissions generated from reservations.

Resrequest runs on Internet Explorer 6.0 and is built with an easy-to-use GUI front-end and step-by-step wizards.
