Click the edit button to edit the record (only users with Property: update and management access can edit)
Additional functions available in edit mode include:
Allocate Bank
Refer to Billing Indicator
Linked Address
Refer to Linked Address
Add telephone numbers
Refer to Telephone Directory
To save changes, click the Save button on the toolbar
On allocation of a bank from the Allocate Bank pop-up and on creating a linked
address, the record is saved
To save changes and close the property window, click the Save and Close toolbar button
To delete a unit, click the Delete button (this is only available on the Details tab)
If the unit and its children have not been allocated in the system (i.e. applied to a reservation),
the window is closed and the unit will be removed from the property tree
If the unit (or one of its children) have been allocated in the system (i.e. applied to a
reservation), the unit will be displayed as 'inactive'. This means that it will not be available in
future, but will be kept on the system for reporting and archiving
An inactive unit is displayed in italics on the property tree
To return an inactive unit to active, from the Property-Details window change the inactive status
to active from the details form (this indicator is only visible on inactive records)
Click Exit to close the window, if changes have been made the Save Changes window will open
