  Navigating in the Property Tree
All property setup functions are available from the Property module (also known as the property tree). Only internal users with Properties: read, update or management access can access the property module.
Access the Property module from the System setup menu

The Property module displays business units, properties and accommodation in a tree display:
The property tree is structured the same as file listings in Windows Explorer and shows child/parent dependencies

The indenting of a unit indicates a parent/child relationship. In this example:
  • Amanzi Reservation Office (business) is the main parent, Amanzi Lowveld and Amanzi & Co are child-businesses
  • Baobab Lodge, Mopane Lodge and Savannah Camp (properties) are children of the business: Amanzi Lowveld
  • Luxury en-suite, bungalow and chalet (accommodation types) are the children of the property: Baobab Lodge
