The notes tab includes notes to be displayed on the calendars as well as notes for documentation
Do not use apostrophes (') in the notes area
Notes
Notes created here are displayed when the user points at the property name on the availability calendar
The note is displayed on hover-over of the property name on the availability calendar
Terms and conditions
Any notes entered here will be included in reservation documentation, when the user selected to show 'Property notes'
The documentation will only display property notes relevant to the selected reservation
i.e. if Baobab Lodge is not included on the reservation itinerary then the note will not be displayed
