Viewing Availability      
 


Internal and external users create a quotation and process a reservation the same way although some options may not be available to the user.
The availability calendar is used to create a reservation. Accessing the availability calendar:

        On login to the system the availability calendar is displayed· The availability calendar can also be accessed from the Reservations main menu:

        Public users can access the availability calendar by clicking the ‘Check Availability’ link on the public home page
