Once a consultant has accepted
a reservation:
1. The reservation can now be edited (provided the user has the relevant
access)
2. The reservation has a consultant allocated
3. An system-generated ‘allocated date’ is given to the reservation
In summary, the process to allocate the reservation to a consultant and
(in doing so) remove the reservation from the Reservation Requests queue
is as follows:

Open the Reservation Request module |

Reservation Details Summary:
A reservation request:
- There is no consultant or allocated date
- The status is displayed as Prov (Req)
- The reservation cannot be edited
A reservation after it is moved from the reservation queue Summary:
- There is a consultant and an allocated date
- The status is displayed as Provisional
- The reservation can be edited
