The bed night report presents an analysis of bed night occupancy per month for a selected date range. Bed nights are calculated according to accommodation dates, regardless of the dates on which reservations are invoiced.
You can govern the scope of data included in the report by setting the report filters to suit your requirements.
You may make a selection from the ‘Group by’ drop-down list of options to determine the level of detail at which the report is to be presented. For example, if you choose to group by Property, then the detail section of the report will contain a row for each property.
If you click on a row title in the bed night section of the report a pop-up window will be displayed listing the itinerary items that contributed to the bed night figures in the selected row. If you click on a column heading a pop-up window will be displayed listing the itinerary items that contributed to the bed night figures in the selected month.
