Custom Notes Code Table

Enter a description for the Custom Note. You can enter a heading for the note too but this is not mandatory. The heading will appear on the documentation.

Clicking the Add note section button will bring up a popup where you can choose to add text or an image. If you choose to add text to the note, a popup will appear with a text box where you can enter your note. Click the Save button on this popup to add the text as a section.

Similarly, by chosing to add an image, a popup will appear where you can click the Browse button to search for the image you want.

Click the Save button on this popup to add the image as a new section.

NOTE: The images displayed on this Code Table will be the thumbnail version. When the note is displayed on the documentation, it will be the normal size.

The ‘Display note by default’ area allows you to setup where the note should show by default. This effects the Documentation, Folio document and the Invoice.

By clicking the small Delete Bin next to the section, will only delete the respective section. Clicking the main menu Delete button, will delete the entire note.
