The occupancy calendar shows a summary of reservations currently entered in the system. To view this information, follow four simple steps:
Select the date range to view occupancies at our resort by clicking the date drop-down menus (or click the pop-up calendar and select a date). This will refresh the calendar and show the selected date with 4 days before it and 16 days after it.
NOTE: If you type a year into the year field you will need to click the Refresh Calendar button to display the changed year.
Click the Set/View Property Filter button to open the Property Filter window, select the properties you would like to view on the occupancy calendar. To preview what property filter has been applied, position your mouse on the Filter Property button and a pop-up window will appear indicating which properties are currently filtered.
Click the Set/View Status Filter button to open the Status Filter window, select the status you would like to view on the occupancy calendar. To preview what status filter has been applied, position your mouse on the Filter Status button and a pop-up window will appear indicating which status’ are currently filtered.
This option is available to internal users only. To view an agent’s occupancies, click the Set/View Agent button and select the agent to view on the calendar (select the Select All option to view overall occupancies for the calendar).
