The allocations list report lists all allocation items that meet the report filter criteria. The filters enable you to govern the scope of data included in the report. The report may show more than one row per allocation because allocations can include multiple items. The report may be sorted (ascending or descending) by clicking on the sort arrows in the title blocks of specific columns. If you click on an allocation row the system will take you to the allocation maintenance screen, where you can edit the details of the allocation if you are authorised to do so.
