Allocation Summary Report

Allocations are rooms that are reserved for agents prior to any bookings being made. The allocations summary report shows the number of rooms allocated per day per accommodation type. There are a number of filters that you can apply to govern the scope of data included in the report. You can specify whether you want the report to display the number of rooms originally allocated, the number used by reservations so far, or the balance of unallocated rooms remaining.

You can specify whether or not expired allocations should be included in the report. You can also use the ‘Group by’ option to govern the level of report detail, which may be summary level, agent level or individual allocation level.
