Arrival and Departure Report

The arrivals and departures report lists all confirmed reservations for a selected date at a selected property. Reservations listed includes arriving guests, guests staying over and guests departing.

Filters for the Arrival/Departure Report

  1. Select a date range for the report results.
  2. Select a property to filter the report by (this will filter the report by the selected property).
  3. Select Report Options to Include Reservation Details (this will display multiple pages for the report: the first page is the arrival/departure summary page that provides occupancy statistics for the specified property and date filter, subsequent pages display the details of the reservations that are included in the filter criteria — these details can be extended to include reservation notes).
  4. Select the number of reservation details displayed per page split — this will determine the number of reservation details displayed per page (after the summary page) when the option Include Reservation Details is selected.
  5. Once all the filters are set, click the Generate Report button

NOTE: If a date range is selected, the statistical summary displayed on the first page (summary page) shows the statistics for the respective period and not an average per day.

Terms and Definitions

Open as PDF This will open the report in Adobe Acrobat from where the report can be printed or emailed.
Email as PDF This will open the report as a PDF email attachment.
Print Page Opens the Windows Print dialog pop-up, page splits need to be printed individually from here.
Show/hide If the user selects Include Reservation Details, information can be displayed or hidden on this part of the report. This enables the user to view detailed reservations. The show/hide options are only available once a report has been generated and includes: reservation notes, guest information, extras notes and internal memos. To include them on the report, click the respective buttons (the buttons will become impressed).
