The sales analysis report presents an analysis of bed night occupancy per month for a selected date range. Depending on the filter selected, bed nights are calculated according to accommodation dates or invoice date.
You can govern the scope of data included in the report by setting the report filters to suit your requirements.
Multiple groupings can be made on this report by using the 'Level 1 and Level 2' grouping options (where level 2 is a sub-grouping). This means that, for example, report results can be grouped by 'Agent' and then by 'Status' or by 'Agent' and then by 'Property'.
Clicking a row title in the bed night section of the report a pop-up window will be displayed listing the itinerary items that contributed to the bed night figures in the selected row. If you click on a column heading a pop-up window will be displayed listing the itinerary items that contributed to the bed night figures in the selected month.
Revenue details can be displayed at group level and include: total revenue for the respective group/filter, average revenue (yield) and % of actual / potential revenue etc
