The ‘Sales by folio’ report presents sales values per folio / invoice for a selected date range. For each folio it shows chargeable amounts and payments received. You can govern which folios and invoices are to be included in the analysis by setting various filters.
You have the option of viewing the value of the three cost groups (accomm, travel and extras) as summary figures or extracting a column for each cost component (e.g. bar, curios, charter flights).
The output may be sorted on certain columns and the output may be exported to CSV format for use in programs such as Microsoft® Excel®.
