Click and drag on the calendar to create a reservation quotation and build an itinerary, enter the arrival and departure specifics in the room numbers pop-up and click OK to create the itinerary item.


For an itinerary item with a different room configuration (i.e. number of adults and children in the room). On the availability calendar, click and drag over the same dates and from the room number pop-up select number of rooms and the room configuration, click OK to create the second itinerary item with a different configuration.

   Look for the info tags for hints and tips. When you spot them, simply point your mouse on the info tag and a pop-up appears giving shortcuts and guidance throughout the system.


Provisional Expiry Report: To become proactive with reservations that are due to expire, use the provisional expiry report to display a list of all reservations that are expired or are due to expire. The provisional expiry report is available to internal contacts and contacts linked to an agency. Once the report is generated a reminder can be sent to the client, agent or resort from the report.

Use the occupancy calendar to see a list of all reservations pending (filterable for agents using the system). The occupancy calendar can be accessed from the Reservation main menu. Click and drag over selected dates to display a list of reservations for the respective date.




Click the Internet icon on the toolbar to open a new internet page.


Click the Home icon on the toolbar to access the home-page. The Home Page includes a link to contact ResRequest.com for support.


Use the calendar icon on the toolbar to get to the availability calendar quickly.
